PickTenant is a Malaysian property rental platform focused on helping landlords connect with quality tenants through a secure, digital experience. Over a 2-month period, we launched a full-funnel campaign combining video content, static ads, and targeted Meta advertising to elevate brand visibility and generate qualified leads.

Increase brand awareness and drive targeted traffic to PickTenant’s social media platforms, with the goal of attracting high-quality landlord leads and building trust within the Malaysian property rental market.

We developed and executed a content-driven Meta Ads campaign including:

  • Short-form Reels and TikTok-style videos with value-first messaging
  • Static creatives highlighting PickTenant’s features, such as free landlord insurance and screening tools
  • Copywriting with platform-native hooks, optimized for Facebook and Instagram
  • A/B testing with multiple creatives and call-to-action formats

Results

  • Over 24,000 views on top-performing video within 24 hours
  • 10+ qualified leads generated through Meta ads
  • 300%+ estimated ROI with confirmed conversions
  • Increased engagement across Facebook and Instagram profiles

Project Duration

This campaign ran for a total of 2 months, from planning to launch and optimization cycles. Weekly performance reviews and data analysis allowed us to continuously improve the ad sets.
