PickTenant is a Malaysian property rental platform focused on helping landlords connect with quality tenants through a secure, digital experience. Over a 2-month period, we launched a full-funnel campaign combining video content, static ads, and targeted Meta advertising to elevate brand visibility and generate qualified leads.

- Static creatives highlighting PickTenant’s features, such as free landlord insurance and screening tools
- Copywriting with platform-native hooks, optimized for Facebook and Instagram
- A/B testing with multiple creatives and call-to-action formats
Results
- Over 24,000 views on top-performing video within 24 hours
- 10+ qualified leads generated through Meta ads
- 300%+ estimated ROI with confirmed conversions
- Increased engagement across Facebook and Instagram profiles
Project Duration
This campaign ran for a total of 2 months, from planning to launch and optimization cycles. Weekly performance reviews and data analysis allowed us to continuously improve the ad sets.
