Project Overview

Cameo Jewellery is a jewelry brand I personally founded and scaled on Shopee and TikTok Shop. Over a 6+ month campaign, I focused on brand identity, conversion-focused listings, and data-driven paid advertising to drive strong, measurable results in Malaysia’s competitive ecommerce space.

Project Goal

To launch and establish a new jewelry brand on Shopee, with the dual goal of building brand credibility and achieving consistent early sales through strategic content, platform SEO, and paid ads.

Challenge Faced

With no prior store reviews or existing customer base, Cameo Jewellery entered a saturated jewelry market with high competition. The challenge was to quickly gain visibility, earn trust, and maintain profitability through lean ad budgets and optimized operations.

Solution Applied

I implemented an integrated strategy that combined:

  • Shopee storefront branding: product thumbnails, banner design, and packaging system
  • SEO-driven listing optimization (keywords, copywriting, search filters)
  • Shopee CPC Ads with A/B testing and high CTR creatives
  • TikTok traffic generation via organic & co-funded campaigns
  • Regular campaign scaling & ROAS tracking

Results

In just one month, Cameo Jewellery achieved Shopee Preferred Seller status, with over 900 orders. By the 3rd month, we surpassed 5,000 orders in total, driven by a consistently optimized ad strategy.

Our Shopee Ads campaign generated 1.3 million impressions, over 48,000 clicks, and a ROAS of 6.84, with 1,800+ items sold through paid traffic.

Meanwhile, monthly sales hit RM57,881.18 with 2,385 orders and a conversion rate of 4.48%, reflecting both ad efficiency and product-market fit.

Complementing this, TikTok Shop generated 34,108 page views and sustained an average of 800+ daily visitors, with a healthy 3.15% conversion rate.

Project Duration

This campaign was executed and continuously optimized over a 6+ month period. Weekly analysis of ad spend, CTR, ROAS, and order fulfillment enabled steady performance growth and cost control.
